The purpose of the vortex cooling is to remove, with a flow of cold air, the heat stored in the bag material as quickly as possible after the sealing process, to reduce the setting time of the seal and to allow the operator to handle the closed bag quicker.
Vortex coolers convert filtered compressed air into refrigerated air (approximately 30°C below the compressed air temperature entering the vortex).
There are 2 possible locations on the sealer for the coolers: internal and external.
